This low impact, equipment free program is perfect for you if you want to strengthen your core and tone your glutes. As you flow through the class, focus on connecting each movement with your breath. About the trainer
Bonnie is a qualified matwork and reformer pilates instructor, living in Dubai. She encourages you to challenge yourself to get those legs burning, abs shaking, and your whole body moving. With a focus on technique and having fun, her classes will get you lengthening, strengthening and toning simultaneously!
