About the trainer

Aylar Fetrati

 Hi, my name is Aylar. I am your fitness coach. My background is in bodybuilding and athletic performance. I've been in the fitness industry for over twelve years. I originally started bodybuilding to look good. And then I decided that I also wanted to be able to move and be as functional as possible. So my style of training is really a combination of both. And this is what I teach my clients. This is how I train myself. I want to spend as little time as possible in the gym with as little equipment as possible. But still look good and perform well. I am going to teach you how to look good, stay lean, but also at the same time stay functional and remain a good athlete.
