About the program

In this Yogalates program, youll find short, effective classes that help you to build strength, increase flexibility and improve your posture. These 20 minute long classes make use of mindful yoga asanas and toning pilates flows intertwined into a firey workout. In this Yogalates program, you’ll get the best of both worlds: Pilates + yoga while also being effective both in fitness and in time length. Through these mindful movements, you’ll develop your strength, flexibility and stability. You’ll finish the program feeling energized, stronger, longer and leaner - and with a greater body awareness. Jessica Casalegno

Hi! I’m Jess - I’m an American born, Dubai based fitness instructor specializing in Pilates, Barre & Yoga. I’m usually known for my fiery sequences & my unique ability to fuse together all 3 varying methods to create HIGH energy, LOW impact workouts that will leave you dripping with sweat. I’ve learned the art of bodyweight exercises through the past 19 years of practicing yoga, 17 years of “seriously” training strength with flexibility, 7 years of training Pilates & 4 years of teaching. I passionately feel that exercise is a gift & should be seen as a celebration of health (never a “chore”). I teach my signature method of pilates with a very contemporary, dynamic approach & hope to ignite good energy in everyone who works out with me. See you on the mat!
