About the program

"Glow & Grow" is an uplifting and empowering prenatal fitness program designed to help you stay active, strong, and vibrant throughout your pregnancy whilst nurturing your baby. With a perfect balance of low-impact cardio and toning exercises, this program is suitable for all trimesters, ensuring you feel energised and supported at every stage. Whether you want to boost your endurance, improve muscle tone, or simply enjoy movement, Glow & Grow offers a variety of workouts to keep you feeling your best throughout your journey to motherhood.

*Your health and safety, as well as the well-being of your baby, are our top priorities. Always prioritise comfort and well-being over completing the workout.

The program includes six dynamic workouts, each ranging from 20 to 25 minutes:

3 Workouts - Cardio focused with short intervals of work and rest.

3 Workouts - Resistance training using a combination of bodyweight and light weights.

About the trainer

Danielle Harrison

Hi, I’m Danielle Harrison and I have had a strong passion for all forms of movement and fitness from as young as I can remember! After gaining a BA Honors degree in Dance and Choreography in 2009 I went on to spend most of my career as a professional dancer. This involved performing all over the world for the last 15 years for music artists, international ceremonies, theater tours, Television, advertising campaigns and much more. When teaching dance became an additional endeavor it was then a natural progression into the fitness world! Beginning initially with a passion for boxing coaching 4 years ago, I have continued to expand my forms of training with clients to show them that there is always a way to train for everyone. Fitness is a way of life for me and I love nothing more than sharing that with others; in a group or one on one setting. I believe that we can get strong and live a healthy lifestyle whilst also having fun, so you can rely on me to always bring the vibes!!
