Welcome to Strength Fundamentals with me SOPHIT. Strength training, often known as resistance training, is basically a type of exercise that uses opposing force for the muscles to get stronger. As a beginner, I would always recommend trying to do two-day strength training, and then as you get better, you get more confident in the gym, you can then add that up to five or six days. Good news is that if you are a beginner, though, you don't have to use lots of equipment. And this program is perfect because it's got dumbbells, your body weight, and resistant bands. I'm gonna teach you all the basics that you need for your strength fundamentals, and hopefully build that confidence along the way.

After becoming qualified in 2015 as a personal trainer, I've earned my BSc Honors in Coaching and Sports Science, along with a diploma in Coaching, Sport Development, and Fitness.
