Welcome to your Tone & Stretch series. These 10 classes are a perfect combo of ballet, pilates and yoga.
This series will help you tone and stretch your body without spending hours in a gym or studio. All you need is a few minutes a day to get started. It will help you improve your flexibility, strength and posture. See you on the mat!
About the trainer
Mish is South African currently living in Dubai and is a full time yoga and Pilates instructor. She brings a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and zen to every class. Mish focuses on mindful movement while keeping the vibe light and energizing. Her passion for balance-both on the mat and in life-radiates through everything she does, motivating you to feel strong & centered.
