  • Sun-dried tomatoes - 30 g
  • Green lentils - 100 g
  • Lemon - 1/2 lemon
  • Avocado - 1/2 avocado
  • Green onions - 1 pc
  • Basil - 3-4 sprigs
  • Zucchini - 1/2 zucchini
  • Bell pepper - 1/2 pepper
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf - to taste
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Wash the lentils thoroughly and cook them with bay leaves according to the package instructions.
