Ingredients
- Red onion - 1/2 pc.
- Alicante salad mix - 100 g.
- Feta cheese - 40 g.
- Steak ("New York", "Ribeye" or "Striploin") - 100 g.
- Arugula - 1 cup
- Cherry tomatoes - 50 g.
- Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Fry the steak on both sides in a hot frying pan with oil until done, add salt and pepper to taste at the end of cooking.
