Ingredients

  • Red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • Alicante salad mix - 100 g.
  • Feta cheese - 40 g.
  • Steak ("New York", "Ribeye" or "Striploin") - 100 g.
  • Arugula - 1 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50 g.
  • Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • Honey - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Fry the steak on both sides in a hot frying pan with oil until done, add salt and pepper to taste at the end of cooking.
