  • Whole grain bread - 1 slice
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Sunflower seeds - 5 g
  • Cilantro - 10 g
  • Lemon - 1/2 pc
  • Lime - 1/2 pc
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
