  • Smooth cucumber - 200 g
  • Red onion - 1/2 onion
  • Avocado - 1 whole
  • Feta cheese - 80 g
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • Basil - 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Italian spices - 5 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Salt - to your taste

For salad dressing, mix 2 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, a clove of crushed garlic and Italian spices.

For the salad, slice the cucumber.

I removed the garlic and onion, I don't like it. Without these 2 ingredients it's super delicious!

You can leave out the vinegar. I just add lemon. The taste is incredible.
