Ingredients

  • White onion - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Chickpeas (canned) - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs - 3-4 tbsp
  • Cumin (zira) - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Flour (if necessary) - 2-3 tbsp

Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Fry the chopped onion, garlic and grated carrot in a small amount of oil.

Put the chickpeas and fried vegetables in a blender.
