- Zucchini - 1/2 pc.
- Rice (boiled) - 150 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1/2 pc.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Bell pepper - 1/2 pc.
- Salt and pepper - to your taste
- Olive oil - 1/2 tsp.

Cut the zucchini into quarters.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips.

Finely chop the onion.
