Ingredients

  • Durum pasta - 70 g
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Champignons - 30 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes - 30 g
  • Spinach - 50 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Almond milk - 1/3 cup
  • Parsley - 10 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized slices.

Chop the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.
